Mona Bartmanovich
For Mona Bartmanovich, the concept of Wind & Water Interiors began many years ago. It started out as a child's vivid imagination and creativity.
"Since I could remember, I've always had an interest in nature and beauty. As a child, I decorated my goldfish's bowl; after that I designed clothing out of tissue paper for my miniature doll and created furniture out of reg pieces of cardboard. Drawing was my favourite pastime. As a young adult, it became clear to me, after helping countless people beautify the interiors of their homes, that this was what I wanted and needed to do."
Proud Member of the Canadian Decorators' Association (CDECA)
After studying Interior Decorating at Red River College and also completing her studies in form and compass school of Feng Shui, Mona felt ready to start her own decorating business.
"Becoming a member of CDECA (Canadian Decorators' Association) was something that was very important to me. With this association, you are asked to submit work you've done. It then goes in front of a board of directors that decide if you have what it takes to be a part of the design community. Guess what? I made it!"
Mona's Message
"As far as I could remember, I've always been awed and inspired by nature, art, and music. Beautiful spaces exist when simplicity, balance, colour, and texture come together to create a complete composition. Design, to me, is the art of living beautifully."
